I chose the unique fixed fee structure because that is how I would want to be charged as a property investor.
Why should the fee you pay for having your property managed be dependent on how much rent the property earns?
It’s the same amount of work to manage a property efficiently regardless of how much rent it commands in the marketplace. In fact some properties with lower rent can actually take more work. And why should the management fee go up, just because the rent does?
It just makes more sense to me to charge a flat fee. We believe the prudent property investor should be not penalized for investing in quality rental properties, that’s why the FIXED FEE approach is preferred by JADE Rentals.
